Description

• Under the direction of the Senior Vice President (SVP), the Regional Vice President (RVP) will be responsible for identifying and securing new business for Pareto Health in the Chicago, Illinois territory. • The RVP leverages existing relationships with Insurance Brokers in the health and ancillary benefits space. • Create and execute a regional sales plan that will support the successful execution of sales goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the self-insured, self-funded or stop-loss market • Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications • Must possess strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • This position is REMOTE but requires residence in the Greater Chicago area with frequent local travel required
