Description

• Reporting to the CRO, the VP Sales manages and develops Socure's sales team • Responsible for generating and converting pipeline of products to clients • Build relationships with key decision makers • Provide coaching and develop sales team • Drive sales and exceed expectations in terms of revenue generation • Ensure the team builds a significant prospect pipeline

Requirements

• 10+ years experience selling analytical-driven SaaS solutions to enterprise customers in financial services • Deep experience leveraging POC's to win • Evidence of sustained quota/goal achievement • Demonstrable account and/or channel management experience • Customer-centric/solution selling principles and methods • Mastery of consultative sales processes and B2B SaaS • Background in Identity Verification, Identity Fraud, KYC Compliance, Document Verification, Authentication, Identity Risk Prevention Strategies • Strong deal process for qualifying opportunities • Strong sales coaching skills • Experience forecasting commitments with accuracy • Strong data and statistical analysis skills • Background in Data science, Machine Learning, and AI • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business or related discipline
