• Acolad is the global leader in content and language solutions. • Support companies across markets and enable growth through technology and localization. • Key position for Sales Ops analyst interacting with local sales teams in Europe and the US. • Design and animate programs for Sales tools alongside Marketing and Sales teams. • Improve operational efficiency of lead-to-order processes and sales tech stack. • Define and improve KPI monitoring with reports and dashboards. • Manage sales tools, ensure effective implementation, and train new users.

Requirements

• 3 years+ experience in the fields of revenue operation (sales/business/marketing ) or sales excellence/enablement • Expertise in sales tech stack, Salesforce administration experience mandatory • Business acumen and passion for data, technologies, and process optimization • Excellent communication skills to engage a wide range of audience and collaborate internally and externally in an international environment • Strategic & analytical thinking and creativity • Details and process oriented • Able to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced business environment • Perfect English, French is a plus
