📋 Description

• Responsible for shaping the future of security solutions as a Technical Sales Engineer. • Serve as the trusted advisor for Acre security solutions in the region, supporting sales and channel partners. • Lead technical demonstrations of products and solutions based on customer needs. • Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) projects. • Represent Acre at trade shows, industry workgroups, and events to promote solutions. • Assist sales teams with technical content for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. • Own the IT Questionnaire responses within the region. • Develop quotations, proposals, and integration designs based on customer requirements. • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Support to provide feedback on product enhancements and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role. • Familiarity with Physical Access Control and Intrusion Systems, Video Management Systems, or other Security Software preferred. • Presales or deployment experience in Physical Security Solutions. • Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Hands-on experience with operating systems, networking, and familiarity with cloud solutions or database technology is advantageous. • Technical degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
