β€’ Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with clients in a timely manner. β€’ Marketing/Quoting new business and renewal submissions. β€’ Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service. β€’ Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, and policy changes. β€’ Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency. β€’ Contribute to individual goals and agency success through cross-selling and new initiative.

Requirements

β€’ Property and Casualty insurance license required. β€’ Pass background check (Some exceptions determined by the DOI) β€’ Customer Service Experience (Preferred) β€’ Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Good operational computing skill/typing 50+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers) β€’ Confident self-starter who works well independently β€’ Strong problem-solving capabilities β€’ Ability to multi-task
