• Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with clients in a timely manner. • Marketing/Quoting new business and renewal submissions. • Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service. • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, and policy changes. • Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency. • Contribute to individual goals and agency success through cross-selling and new initiative.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license required. • Pass background check (Some exceptions determined by the DOI) • Customer Service Experience (Preferred) • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills • Good operational computing skill/typing 50+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers) • Confident self-starter who works well independently • Strong problem-solving capabilities • Ability to multi-task
