Description

• Act as a Talent Partner, integral to sourcing and hiring top talent for Actabl. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to help attract top talent. • Prioritize providing a positive and engaging experience for all candidates and internal stakeholders. • Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and manage searches through the recruiting lifecycle. • Demonstrate recruitment best practices, ensuring hiring decisions align with company values. • Build offer letters, compensation packages, and handle all negotiations with candidates. • Maintain accurate candidate records in Actabl's ATS

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role within a growing, fast-paced environment. • Ability to learn and navigate recruiting software (experience with Paylocity's ATS is a plus) • Strong sourcing and attraction techniques, including the ability to attract and convert passive candidates • Intrinsic motivation to take on new responsibilities; proactively partnering with teams and individuals to remove blockers and fulfill immediate hiring needs while contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy • An understanding of basic employment law and interviewing best practices (behavioral and functional) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong influential, negotiation, and coaching skills; communication, organization, and attention to detail • Approach changes with a positive attitude, assuming positive intent, and seeing the greater purpose; proactively helps bring others along to expedite change
