β’ Act as a Talent Partner, integral to sourcing and hiring top talent for Actabl. β’ Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. β’ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to help attract top talent. β’ Prioritize providing a positive and engaging experience for all candidates and internal stakeholders. β’ Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and manage searches through the recruiting lifecycle. β’ Demonstrate recruitment best practices, ensuring hiring decisions align with company values. β’ Build offer letters, compensation packages, and handle all negotiations with candidates. β’ Maintain accurate candidate records in Actabl's ATS
β’ Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role within a growing, fast-paced environment. β’ Ability to learn and navigate recruiting software (experience with Paylocity's ATS is a plus) β’ Strong sourcing and attraction techniques, including the ability to attract and convert passive candidates β’ Intrinsic motivation to take on new responsibilities; proactively partnering with teams and individuals to remove blockers and fulfill immediate hiring needs while contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy β’ An understanding of basic employment law and interviewing best practices (behavioral and functional) β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment β’ Strong influential, negotiation, and coaching skills; communication, organization, and attention to detail β’ Approach changes with a positive attitude, assuming positive intent, and seeing the greater purpose; proactively helps bring others along to expedite change
