Description

β€’ Act as a Talent Partner, integral to sourcing and hiring top talent for Actabl. β€’ Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. β€’ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to help attract top talent. β€’ Prioritize providing a positive and engaging experience for all candidates and internal stakeholders. β€’ Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and manage searches through the recruiting lifecycle. β€’ Demonstrate recruitment best practices, ensuring hiring decisions align with company values. β€’ Build offer letters, compensation packages, and handle all negotiations with candidates. β€’ Maintain accurate candidate records in Actabl's ATS

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role within a growing, fast-paced environment. β€’ Ability to learn and navigate recruiting software (experience with Paylocity's ATS is a plus) β€’ Strong sourcing and attraction techniques, including the ability to attract and convert passive candidates β€’ Intrinsic motivation to take on new responsibilities; proactively partnering with teams and individuals to remove blockers and fulfill immediate hiring needs while contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy β€’ An understanding of basic employment law and interviewing best practices (behavioral and functional) β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment β€’ Strong influential, negotiation, and coaching skills; communication, organization, and attention to detail β€’ Approach changes with a positive attitude, assuming positive intent, and seeing the greater purpose; proactively helps bring others along to expedite change
