📋 Description
• Verantwortung für Neukundengewinnung • Beratung und Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen • Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen, Verhandlung mit Entscheidungsträgern • Durchführung von Scoping-Workshops mit Kunden • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement und IT • Entwicklung der Sales Strategie und Prozesse
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung in komplexen B2B Vertriebsprozessen und idealerweise im E-Commerce • Hohes technisches Verständnis für komplexe IT-Strukturen und Software-Lösungen • Begeisterung für die Digitalbranche und den E-Commerce • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, MS-Office und Ticketsystemen • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und/oder unternehmerisches Denken zur Erkennung von Kundenpotenzialen • Offene, kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und lösungsorientiertes Denken • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Verständnis komplexer System-Zusammenhänge • Reisebereitschaft zu potenziellen Kunden, Partnern und Veranstaltungen • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englisch-Kenntnisse auf B2-Niveau
