📋 Description
•Über Pallon: Entwicklung einer KI-basierten Software zur Automatisierung der Schadensidentifizierung in Kanalinspektionsaufnahmen. •Kaltakquise via Cold Calling und LinkedIn oder E-Mail für potenzielle Kunden in Süd-/Ostdeutschland. •Identifikation von Herausforderungen und Zielen bei Gesprächen mit potenziellen Kunden. •Verwaltung und Pflege der Pipeline mit Follow-up und Austausch. •Durchführung von individuellen Produkt-Demos mit Fokus auf Mehrwert und ROI. •Eigenständiges Verhandeln und Abschließen von Deals einschließlich reibungsloser Übergabe an das Customer Success Team. •Generierung von mindestens sechs eigenen Opportunities im Wert von +25K $, monatlich. •Dokumentation aller Sales-Aktivitäten im CRM (HubSpot).
🎯 Requirements
•3–7 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Outbound-Sales – idealerweise in SaaS, KI, Industrietech oder anderen Infrastruktur bezogenen Branchen. •Du hast erfolgreich Abschlüsse von Deals über 25.000 $ durchgeführt und regelmäßig Sales-Ziele erreicht oder übertroffen. •Hervorragende beratende Verkaufsskills – inklusive Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Demos und überzeugenden, ROI-basierten Pitches. •Erfahrung im Self-Sourcing: eigene Leads generieren, Pipeline aktiv pflegen und Outbound-Initiativen eigenverantwortlich vorantreiben. •Offen, lernbereit und schnell anpassungsfähig, mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust auf Weiterentwicklung. •Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
