Description

• You will play a key role in driving growth as part of the ActiveCampaign revenue and performance team. • As the Director of Lifecycle Growth and Revenue, you will develop, implement, and optimize our life-cycle strategies to drive upgrade and expansion revenue, and retention. • This team is responsible for our conversion and revenue strategies in the post-trial phases inclusive of retention. • This team will develop and activate a multi-touch strategy across marketing channels, in-application, and direct with sales and customer success teams. • You will drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with marketing, product growth, sales, and customer success teams to develop and implement innovative life-cycle strategies that improve conversion rates and drive revenue expansion through the post-trial funnel.

Requirements

• 12+ Years in Marketing and/or related field with the majority of time in growth or revenue marketing, with 8+ years in people leadership • SaaS Experience • Global experience preferred • MarTech or adjacent industry experience preferred • Direct experience with a high-performing PLG motion is required • Superb communications skills across all mediums, and all levels of the organization • Success in planning, developing, and executing testing plans and comprehensive revenue growth strategies • Drive a mentality of continuous optimization, growth, and performance throughout the team and cross-functionally
