Requirements

โ€ข 15+ years sales experience โ€ข 3+ years within a digital agency or consultancy sales environment required โ€ข Proven track record in business development and sales, particularly in the Commerce space. โ€ข Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities, with a focus on driving growth through innovation and disruption. โ€ข Deep understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes in Commerce and digital ecosystems. โ€ข Hands-on leader with the ability to inspire and unite teams around a common vision. โ€ข Experience managing P&L and driving profitable growth in a high-growth environment. โ€ข Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture while maintaining focus on long-term goals. โ€ข Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to engage with clients, agency leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive success.

Benefits
