Requirements

• 15+ years sales experience • 3+ years within a digital agency or consultancy sales environment required • Proven track record in business development and sales, particularly in the Commerce space. • Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities, with a focus on driving growth through innovation and disruption. • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes in Commerce and digital ecosystems. • Hands-on leader with the ability to inspire and unite teams around a common vision. • Experience managing P&L and driving profitable growth in a high-growth environment. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture while maintaining focus on long-term goals. • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to engage with clients, agency leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive success.

Benefits

• The compensation package includes a base salary and commission, with commission rates structured based on net new revenue generated. • You will earn commissions on business development activities within the Commerce market.
