• Drive Discord’s growth across players, publishers, and developers • Build and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth across paid and owned channels • Lead the creation and execution of growth marketing roadmaps • Leverage quantitative insights to optimize the customer journey

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on growth and lifecycle marketing • Proven ability to work closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to shape and implement marketing technologies • A strong grasp of quantitative data coupled with excellent judgment to refine strategies and ask the right questions • A deep passion for Discord’s mission, our business, our products, what we’re building for our customers, and the gaming industry at large • Demonstrated ability to operate with empathy, agility, and flexibility in a hybrid, collaborative and fast-paced environment with team members, colleagues, and cross-functional partners • A strong interest in gaming and the broader industry, sharing the passion of our customers and employees
