Requirements
• Experience running paid channels efficiently (ideally for a consumer subscription business) • Ability to work at rapid iterations of tests to improve performance • Dig deep into the details (eg. down to keywords and ad optimization) without reliance on the agency • Rigorous methodic approach to test various hypothesis • A strong sense of marketing to consumers (eg ad copy, headlines, etc) • An ability to deeply reflect our value proposition to differentiate us in a crowded space
