β€’ We are seeking a dynamic and creative Growth Hacker to join our marketing team. β€’ This individual will be responsible for driving growth through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies. β€’ Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement scalable marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. β€’ Experimentation and A/B Testing: Rapidly run tests across multiple marketing channels, including social media, SEO, paid search, email marketing, and content marketing to discover growth opportunities. β€’ Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze data from campaigns to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and optimize for conversions. β€’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and development teams to ensure alignment and integrate marketing efforts across the company. β€’ SEO & Content Marketing: Lead initiatives to improve organic search performance and leverage content marketing to drive inbound traffic. β€’ Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels. β€’ Customer Acquisition & Retention: Innovate new ways to acquire users at scale while also working on strategies to improve user retention and engagement. β€’ Funnel Optimization: Work on optimizing the user journey, from awareness through conversion, to maximize growth potential. β€’ Product Feedback Loop: Collect and interpret customer feedback to refine product-market fit and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of experience as a Growth Hacker, Marketing Manager, or similar role. β€’ Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, growth frameworks, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMRush, etc.). β€’ Hands-on experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and funnel optimization. β€’ Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. β€’ A data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and results. β€’ Preferred: Experience in startups or fast-growing companies. β€’ Understanding of user behaviour analytics and customer journey mapping. β€’ Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
