β’ 7+ years of experience as a Growth Hacker, Marketing Manager, or similar role. β’ Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, growth frameworks, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMRush, etc.). β’ Hands-on experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and funnel optimization. β’ Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking. β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. β’ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. β’ A data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and results. β’ Preferred: Experience in startups or fast-growing companies. β’ Understanding of user behaviour analytics and customer journey mapping. β’ Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
