Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive product-led growth marketing strategies • Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel growth marketing campaigns • Implement A/B testing to improve marketing tactics • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing, focusing on enterprise SaaS companies • Proven success in implementing product-led growth strategies resulting in 20-40% growth • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making • Excellent understanding of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle • Experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing • Proven ability to develop and execute successful growth marketing campaigns • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Knowledge of emerging growth marketing trends and technologies • Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning • MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred • Financial Services or Fintech experience preferred
