Description

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years focused on Growth initiatives. • Proven leadership in building and managing world-class teams. • Strong expertise in overseeing the acquisition, conversion, monetization, and retention funnel within a PLG or B2C business. • Knowledge of subscription-based software. • Proven success in driving measurable business outcomes through customer-driven and financial metrics. • Experience developing personalization strategies to optimize user flows for targeted use cases or customer profiles. • International business perspective to drive a global strategy. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in A/B testing methodologies, cohort analysis, segmentation, and statistical analysis. • Commitment to cross-functional teamwork, with a track record of hiring and retaining top talent.
