• We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing Analytics and Operations to lead our Marketing and GTM analytics strategy. This key role will blend operational expertise with analytical thinking to drive growth through data-driven decisions and process optimization. • You will play a pivotal part in shaping our marketing approach, empowering the team with actionable insights to improve performance and enhance customer journeys. • In this role, you will develop and optimize a comprehensive Marketing data and reporting framework and work cross-functionally to improve the full-funnel GTM strategy. • You will help streamline our marketing technology stack and processes to enhance our customer engagement and achieve our business objectives.
• 12+ years in marketing analytics and operations/or related experience and 4+ years in people leadership, with a proven track record of leading data-driven initiatives in a marketing environment • B2B SaaS experience, MarTech or adjacent industry experience preferredExperience with SMB, product-led growth and/or self-serve sales motions preferred • Expertise in marketing data modeling, performance tracking, A/B testing, KPI development, and reporting/visualization • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights • Expertise in analytics and data visualization tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, Marketo, HubSpot) • Proficiency in Excel, SQL (ideally 2-3 years writing complex SQL queries,) and other data manipulation tools • Ability to drive a mentality of continuous optimization, growth, and performance throughout the team and cross-functionally • Deep knowledge of global data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and etc • Bias to action with an ability to operate with unknown factors • Builder and operator mentality • Expert communications skills across all mediums, and with all levels of the organization • Highly collaborative and able to work effectively across multiple departments • Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing talent • Experience with AI driven marketing tools is highly desired.
