Description

• ActivTrak is looking for a driven and customer-focused Solutions Architect to join our Services team. • As a technical expert on the ActivTrak platform, you will guide customers through onboarding, technical implementation of the ActivTrak Platform, and custom data integrations. • This role demands hands-on expertise in ActivTrak and related technologies to deliver seamless solutions and maximize value for our customers. • Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer needs, challenges, and business objectives to deliver tailored solutions that maximize ActivTrak’s value. • Deliver technical onboarding, deployment, and integration projects, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with customer goals. • Serve as the ActivTrak platform's subject matter expert (SME), translating business needs into technical solutions and providing guidance on best practices. • Partner with Project Managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver joint engagements, such as workshops, customer HyperCare support, and strategic project expertise. • Collect and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams, contributing to platform improvements and new feature development. • Develop and execute project plans and statements of work (SOW) for deployments, integrations, and optimization projects, proactively addressing potential roadblocks. • Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and performance issues and provide expert advice on topics like Software Distribution, SCIM, APIs, and BI integrations. • Design and deliver custom data solutions, leveraging tools like BigQuery and BI platforms to meet unique customer requirements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud). • Hands-on experience integrating applications, such as Azure AD, SCIM, and API configurations. • Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS in distributed multi-domain environments. • Strong networking knowledge, including routing, firewalls, proxies, and cloud security. • Strong skills in SQL, Python scripting, and data workflows. • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) for data visualization. • Expertise in Google BigQuery for data management and analytics. • Familiarity with SAML/IAM solutions and policy management tools (e.g., GPO, Intune). • Knowledge of BYOD environments and large-scale software distribution. • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executives. • Proven track record of translating technical concepts into actionable business insights. • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach • Experience working with distributed teams in a SaaS environment. • Knowledge of JSON and REST APIs for advanced integrations. • Background in productivity tools and workforce analytics.
