Description

• Promote Acturis’ system functionality to new and existing customers • Set joint goals with customers and follow up on progress • Deal with customer escalations and credit control issues • Maintain system knowledge and attend industry events • Assist Sales team with support for new customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing economics or related discipline preferred • At least five years' experience in the general insurance industry • Demonstrated interest in IT and software usage • Client focused with strong relationship building skills • Highly organised and self-motivated with a “can do” attitude • Outstanding communication skills • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new functionality • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs and Jira • Prepared to travel for on-site training across Canada
