📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop and debug software solutions that meet the needs of control, automation, error proofing of the operational process. • Participate in fast-paced agile application development teams in terms of organizing, managing and executing their work with a minimal supervision. • Provide technical knowledge to a team of individual collaborators who design and develop new products, improvements and updates, participate in the development of projects in the industry 4.0/5.0. • Is capable of coordinating tasks, deliverables and schedules of their projects, timely reporting the results, goals, objectives, schedules. • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities. • Engage with the team and stakeholders to understand the requirements, design, and solutions in line with the product architecture. • Communicate project status and escalate issues to line managers, program managers, senior leadership team, and internal and external development partners in a timely and collaborative manner. • Provide technology leadership, vision and passion to the development team. • Responsible for following and implementing sound product engineering best practices and processes to ensure results for product delivery. • Compliance with their training and professional development; Generate new knowledge that ensures and encourages innovation in the proposed solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Orientation to the design and develop of safe and risk-free Application. • Experience with software platforms including advanced SQL, Net C#, AZURE Cloud Services, AI, ML, API REST, front and back-end development software and related web-based and mobile-based UIs. • Knowledge on SMT and assembly cell manufacturing processes such as AOI, SPI, Pick n Place, TH, ICT, EOL, Bom verification, packout, etc. • A proficient problem-solver who envisions business and technical perspectives in developing workable solutions. • Result-oriented with a strong sense of drive and driven technology initiatives. • Experience in team work, identifying and working with teammates to building large-scale products. • Sense of ownership and motivation to accomplish projects successfully. • Flexible, adaptable to the challenging pace of identifying and adopting new technologies. • Written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills - including English.
