📋 Description
• As the Culture and Engagement Manager, support the PEx team in aligning the business and its people. • Cover culture, engagement and well-being initiatives underpinned by inclusivity. • Become a specialist in all matters of culture and engagement. • Collaborate across the PEx and HR functions. • Assist in championing effective engagement practices across the business.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience operating at pace in an ever-changing environment. • Experience of designing and leading organisational culture/engagement initiatives with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. • Experienced communicator and visual storyteller. • Experience of designing and implementation engagement models/strategies. • Experienced project manager. • Broad understanding of DEI duties and responsibilities. • Experience of shifting organisation culture or change management experience. • Strong communication skills. • Strong influencing skills. • Strong business acumen. • Comfortable and familiar working under tight timeframes/deadlines at pace.
