📋 Description

• The Director, Analytics and Operations is responsible for serving as a change agent for the development and implementation of major process improvement initiatives throughout the division. • Drives process improvement initiatives that create long-term cost savings and efficiencies with the strongest return on investment (ROI). • Responsible for coordinating business and process improvements in all areas of divisional operations. • Effectively communicates, motivates, and creates accountability with divisional leadership and shared service counterparts such as IT, RCM, and Finance. • Work independently to partner with operational leaders and teams to scope, define and lead initiatives in support of business innovation and strategy. • Collaborates with operational leaders and process users to ensure integration of projects, making recommendations to and adjusting project recommendations, scope, and timing as needed to meet the overall strategic needs of the division. • Play a key role in driving major corporate strategy and innovation initiatives as well as short and long duration planning processes. • Develop and communicate divisional level strategies and innovation opportunities to executives that may include new business opportunities and competitive positioning. • Lead deep-dive business analysis and initiatives targeted to drive growth and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, public administration, or relevant discipline from an accredited college required, Master’s degree preferred. • Seven (7) years of relevant work experience required in business management systems, process improvements, or project management. • Five (5) years of management experience in related position is preferred. • Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred. • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.
