• About Synapticure • As a patient and caregiver-founded company, Synapticure provides instant access to expert neurologists, cutting-edge treatments and trials, and wraparound care coordination and behavioral health support in all 50 states through a virtual care platform. • Partnering with providers and health plans, including CMS' new GUIDE dementia care model, Synapticure is dedicated to transforming the lives of millions of individuals and their families living with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and ALS. • The Role • The Practice Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing critical operational functions within Synapticure. • This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across revenue cycle management (RCM), provider enrollment, licensure, credentialing, and platform alignment. • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in healthcare operations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and operational success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, including back-office management. • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar) and provider enrollment tools. • Ability to identify system inefficiencies, troubleshoot complex operational challenges, and implement effective solutions. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. • In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and industry best practices for RCM, credentialing, and compliance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional projects.
