β€’ At AdaptHealth we offer full-service home medical equipment products and services. β€’ This position monitors and measures a team of representatives that have a broad range of responsibilities. β€’ Ensures staff are appropriately trained and held accountable for achieving standards and goals. β€’ Follows through with actions to resolve any questions generated from phone calls. β€’ Identifies root cause of issues and works with others to improve overall processes. β€’ Develops and maintains working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company. β€’ Assists in setting and maintaining department standards set forth by Manager. β€’ Assists with conducting one-on-one and general staff meetings. β€’ Ensures consistent administration of staff compliance with all company and departmental procedures. β€’ Responsible for selection and hiring of qualified staff, ensuring effective onboarding, and providing comprehensive training and regular feedback.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent. β€’ Associate degree from an accredited college preferred. β€’ Two (2) years’ work-related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center or management regardless of industry is required. β€’ Exact job experience is considered any of the above tasks in a Medicare certified HME, IV or HH environment that routinely bills insurance.
