• 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a track record of driving results and scaling businesses. • 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years working with service agencies. • 1+ year of experience working in e-commerce, particularly with small brands or FBA sellers. • Expert knowledge of Amazon and its impact on e-commerce growth strategies. • Confident communicator and public speaker, with experience hosting webinars, speaking at events, or appearing on podcasts. • Strong ability to manage client relationships, deliver results across multiple accounts, and lead from the front. • Proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership and drive projects from start to finish. • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush). • Ability to juggle multiple growth initiatives and ensure timely, successful outcomes. • Creative problem-solver who can develop innovative strategies for business growth.
