• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing channels and campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Work closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure effective, data-driven campaigns aligned with brand. • Develop and Execute SEM Campaigns: Develop, structure, implement, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google and Bing. • Optimize UA Campaigns: Continuously monitor and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels including Apple Search Ads, ASO, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and others to improve CACs and ROAS. • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations. • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations. • Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources to achieve KPIs. • Develop hypotheses and conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and overall user experience. • Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to develop reporting, campaigns, compelling ad creatives, and landing pages. • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the mobile app industry.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition — ideally with mobile apps • Proficiency in PPC/SEM, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads Manager, Adjust, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Self-starter who takes full ownership of channels and results, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Highly attentive to campaign management details, including account structure, match types, and iterative creative optimization. • Willingness to get hands dirty with day-to-day tasks and campaign management, and ability to coach others to do the same. • Capable of doing both tactical and strategic work, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals. • Ability to create compelling presentations and decks to secure buy-in from stakeholders on marketing plans and strategies.
