• adQuadrant helps DTC retail brands dream bigger by providing holistic strategic omni-channel digital marketing solutions. • The role is for a Lead Strategist for Lifecycle Marketing with extensive experience in Klaviyo for email and SMS. • It requires a client-first mindset, focusing on customer retention and experience. • Partner with paid media teams and the creative department to optimize customer journeys.

Requirements

• 7+ Years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing for D2C eCommerce brands • Successful track-record of developing marketing strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets • Knowledge of direct-to-consumer eCommerce, retention marketing trends, and Email/CRM technologies • Strong communication skills both written and verbally to present your marketing initiatives and inform internal and external stakeholders of the marketing plan, objectives and results • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to turn large amounts of data into actionable initiatives (including both quantitative and qualitative data) • Experience with testing methodology and experience driving results through analytics • Experience partnering with Creative teams to develop marketing assets • Understanding the customer mindset to deliver exceptional customer experiences • Strong planning and organization skills
