β’ Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive Web3 ecosystem growth within the gaming space to increase the adoption of cloud gaming. β’ Identify and engage with potential partners, including gaming companies, blockchain projects, and other stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem. β’ Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners, acting as the primary point of contact. β’ Manage and optimize multiple business development channels to activate and maintain partnerships. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, technical) to create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts. β’ Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, Hubspot, Notion) to maintain accurate records of client interactions and track the progress of partnership initiatives. β’ Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to inform and adjust strategic decisions. β’ Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities, including participating in speaking panels and workshops.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β’ Web3 gaming guru: Always on top of all the developments happening in the Web3 gaming space. β’ 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships with Web3 gaming companies, or a similar strategic role at a gaming blockchain or project. β’ Proven experience in forming strategic alliances with gaming companies and other Web3 projects. β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. β’ Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, Notion) is required. β’ Ability to travel at short notice to represent the company at various industry events and conferences.
