• Client Manager responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences post-implementation. • Manage and support all aspects of client engagement. • Understand client needs and provide ongoing strategic guidance. • Monitor client usage and engagement for opportunities of improvement. • Act as primary point of contact for client relationships and support renewals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Client Manager or similar role. • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships. • Ability to establish milestones and keep all supporting team members on task. • Positive team player who can work collaboratively with other team members internally and externally. • Experience with the Affinaquest platform is preferred but not required. • Excellent communicator excels in written, phone, and in-person communications. • Accountability and personal organization are essential. • Ability to prioritize workload across multiple clients and meet deadlines. • Deep understanding of customer concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
