Description

β€’ Provide leadership to Denial Management Supervisor(s) and their team(s). β€’ Maintain or exceed team productivity and quality standards. β€’ Work with Director to understand and communicate the root cause of denials. β€’ Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and orienting new employees. β€’ Monitor and evaluate staff performance. β€’ Ensure all employees have tools and training for optimal productivity. β€’ Develop and maintain quality control programs. β€’ Plan, organize, and direct overall operations of the Denial Management team. β€’ Actively engage with clients to understand needs and deliverables. β€’ Ensure team stays current with client and industry requirements. β€’ Maintain objective of high overturn rates and accurate client reporting. β€’ Identify denial trends and make recommendations.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. β€’ 3+ years' experience managing and leading at a supervisory level or equivalent. β€’ Must have experience in revenue cycle management. β€’ Ability to work well individually and in a team environment. β€’ Exposure to Hospital denial management preferred. β€’ Offshore/Global exposure preferred. β€’ Travel to client sites required up to 10% of the time. β€’ Must possess strong presentation skills and project a professional image. β€’ Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. β€’ High degree of integrity including ability to successfully deal with sensitive or confidential information. β€’ Ability to exhibit poise, composure and confidence when confronting stressful or high-pressure situations.
