Description

• Provide leadership to Denial Management Supervisor(s) and their team(s). • Maintain or exceed team productivity and quality standards. • Work with Director to understand and communicate the root cause of denials. • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and orienting new employees. • Monitor and evaluate staff performance. • Ensure all employees have tools and training for optimal productivity. • Develop and maintain quality control programs. • Plan, organize, and direct overall operations of the Denial Management team. • Actively engage with clients to understand needs and deliverables. • Ensure team stays current with client and industry requirements. • Maintain objective of high overturn rates and accurate client reporting. • Identify denial trends and make recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3+ years' experience managing and leading at a supervisory level or equivalent. • Must have experience in revenue cycle management. • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment. • Exposure to Hospital denial management preferred. • Offshore/Global exposure preferred. • Travel to client sites required up to 10% of the time. • Must possess strong presentation skills and project a professional image. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. • High degree of integrity including ability to successfully deal with sensitive or confidential information. • Ability to exhibit poise, composure and confidence when confronting stressful or high-pressure situations.
