Description

• As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will be responsible for driving the overall strategic direction and growth initiatives for our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business. • Reporting directly to the CEO, the CGO will lead and integrate key functions across Proposal and Contract Management, Marketing, and sales departments. • Develop and implement long-term growth strategies that align with the company objectives and market trends within the PBM industry. • Identifying emerging opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market innovations to enhance business expansion. • Serve as a key thought leader and spokesperson for the company, engaging with external stakeholders, industry forums, and conferences. • Lead, develop, and mentor high performing cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to ensure alignment with growth objectives and organizational performance. • Oversee the development of competitive proposals and effective contract management strategies that align with client needs and business goals. • Drive high-impact sales strategies that focus on client acquisition, retention, and expansion within the PBM sector. • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field required, MBA or advanced degree is preferred. • A minimum of 15 years of progressive sales, marketing or contract management leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role preferred. • Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on growth strategy within the healthcare industry, preferably within the pharmacy and/or PBM industry. • Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams and departments, with a strong track record of driving growth initiatives. • Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and business development skills. • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management. • Exceptional communication, relationship management abilities, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, clients and industry stakeholders. • Experience leading others. • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
