• The Senior Director of Proposals is a senior-level professional responsible for leading and overseeing the development and submission of proposals in response to RFPs from clients. • This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, ideally within the PBM industry, regulatory requirements, and a strategic approach to securing new business opportunities. • You'll lead the proposals and contracts function, write and edit RFP’s as AffirmedRx grows and scales. • Formulate and implement strategic approaches to responding to healthcare-related RFPs, aligning proposals with the organization's healthcare service offerings. • Lead and manage a team of RFP professionals ensuring cohesive collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality proposals. • Document processes critical to successful RFP responses, manage the RFP content database, and ensure content is being consistently reviewed and updated. • Ensure all proposals adhere to relevant regulations, compliance standards, and industry specific requirements. • Communicate RFP strategies, decisions, and updates to internal stakeholders. • Stay informed about PBM industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making in proposal development. • Write and develop high-quality proposal responses to ensure alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
• 10+ years’ experience leading RFP function, preferably working within the PBM industry • Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare administration • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and legal, including stakeholders • Exceptional technical skills with the Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, and SharePoint • Experience in CRM principles, practices, and applications
