Description

• Partner with HR and Talent Technology teams to improve the learning experience. • Consult on technology enhancements based on user feedback. • Collaborate with stakeholders and learning consultants to enhance user experience. • Use data-driven insights to guide decisions on improvements. • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders on user feedback and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrable experience • Minimum of 8+ years proven experience with a learning consulting or advisory role • Proven experience working as learning partner or administrator in Workday Learning • Recent experience working with Skillsoft / Percipio • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to translate user feedback into clear recommendations • Detail-oriented and flexible, with strong critical thinking skills
