• 10+ years of experience working in and leading SaaS Professional Services teams • 5+ years of experience in developing, defining, and taking successful Professional Services offerings to market • Proven ability to create and embody a raving fans culture that delights customers and employees • Polished and effective communicator with strong executive presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships • Proficiency working with globally distributed teams and working across functional areas • Previous B2B SaaS and enterprise software experience
