Description

• Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach • Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs • Educate prospects on the value of our marketing services and solutions • Nurture and build relationships with leads to move them through the sales cycle • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in CRM • Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Prior experience in full cycle sales development or related sales role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Ability to build and nurture relationships with prospects • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Experience using CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot and Apollo) • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies
