Description
• DOXA Insurance Holdings is seeking an experienced Sr. Claims Specialist to join our claims team. • The position will utilize knowledge of claims handling practices to investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims. • The Sr. Claims Specialist will administer and resolve claims in a timely manner according to guidelines.
Requirements
• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Insurance Designations preferred • 5+ years of experience handling commercial general liability and professional liability claims as a claim adjuster and/or attorney • Knowledge of Excess & Surplus lines preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office • Prior experience handling claims in various state jurisdictions • Active Multi-state Adjuster’s license(s) required (specifically TX/FL/NY/CA) • Prior experience with Professional Liability claims dealing with Home Health Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred
