Description
• Install, maintain, and repair Agilent instruments in laboratories • Provide high-level customer service • Work in Biomolecular, Genomics, and Cellular Analysis fields
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering • 1-2+ years of experience in a similar position or as an end-user • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving • Experience with Agilent solutions is desired but not essential • Valid driver's license • Valid passport • Ability to travel and visit customers, including occasional overnight stays
