Description

• Responsible for selling services to end-user customers in assigned accounts through inbound and outbound sales activities, eCommerce activities, and occasional on-site visits. • Ability to work as an individual while maintaining a team-focused approach will be a key driver to success. • This role works within a matrix organizational structure and frequently collaborates internally with other sales teams, service delivery, operations and marketing. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and follow-up. • Utilizes Agilent’s eCommerce services sales platform. • Provide exceptional customer service and support. • Work closely with the internal team to develop strategies and meet sales targets. • Carries team and individual quota.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent in science and/or business field highly preferred; may consider applicants with an equivalent combination of education, training, and validated experience • 1+ year(s) experience as a sales representative or related role • 1+ year(s) of selling Agilent services preferred • Ability to translate the value proposition of service as a financial and operational benefit to meet customer needs • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • High-level knowledge of instrument support services business • Available for up to 10% business travel
