📋 Description
• The Pricing Policy and Governance Manager will play a critical role in defining and driving pricing governance and compliance across the organization. • This position will design and implement frameworks, processes, and policies that ensure effective pricing strategy execution. • The Pricing Policy and Governance Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Finance to support the establishment and implementation of standardized pricing governance and processes for both list price setting and discount management. • This role is central to advancing Agilent's mission of delivering innovative solutions while maintaining a disciplined and customer-centric approach to pricing.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience; 3+ experience in policy development, governance, or related roles, ideally within pricing, sales operations, or product management in the life sciences, biopharma, or diagnostics industries • Experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks and compliance policies • Strong understanding of pricing strategy and execution, including incentive structures and list price management • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred
