📋 Description

• The Director of Treasury Operations leads the Association’s Treasury Operations function which manages the Association’s debt and liquidity portfolio, as well as loan pricing operations. • This position maintains and enhances a sophisticated financial modeling and analysis platform supporting the Association’s funding operations, financial and economic analysis, and interest rate risk modeling and management. • The Director of Treasury Operations participates in the development of Treasury-related strategies and is responsible for the execution of those strategies, ensuring alignment with the Association’s risk appetite and financial objectives. • This role chairs the Association’s Asset Liability Committee (ALCO). • The Director of Treasury Operations provides critical leadership and expertise in Interest Rate Risk, liquidity management, interest rate derivatives, and complex loan pricing requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience as a Senior Finance or Treasury Professional • Significant experience with ALM systems, tools, and processes • Bachelors degree with emphasis in finance, management information systems, business administration, economics or equivalent • Masters Degree and/or CFA is preferred • Strong financial analysis skills with very high attention to detail and level of accuracy • Demonstrated proficiency in portfolio and liquidity management, ALM modeling, interest rate risk analysis, interest rate derivatives, and financial strategy execution • Proficiency in planning, organizing, and leading staff to meet objectives and deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
