• 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role. • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices. • Proven track record in sales process optimization and driving measurable operational improvements. • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance tools. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting. • A team player with a strong "can-do" mentality and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. • Proven track record of optimizing processes and driving measurable improvements in revenue performance.
