📋 Description
• We’re seeking a Director of Field Operations to play a crucial role in the success of our franchisees. • This position will be on the road 75% of the time, providing onsite support, training, and coaching to franchise owners around the country. • The ideal candidate has extensive experience in residential/commercial turf installation/operations and is passionate about helping business owners thrive.
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in turf installation – you’ve been in the field, and you know what it takes to get the job done right. • Crew & Project Management Experience - you’ve overseen/organized/scheduled crews as a project manager. • Hands-on leadership – you enjoy coaching, training, and rolling up your sleeves to help people succeed. • Strong communication & problem-solving skills – ability to explain complex processes in a simple, actionable way. • Willingness to travel extensively (75%) – being onsite is critical to this role. • Proficiency in operational systems – experience with CRM tools, invoicing/scheduling software.
