β’ Native Polish speaker with strong English communication skills (English is needed to communicate with the Vilnius office). β’ Experience in sales, ideally in a technical or engineering-related field. β’ Familiarity with manufacturing processes, data analytics, or efficiency-driven solutions (a big plus). β’ A proactive mindset and the ability to independently source and develop leads. β’ Comfort with cold calling and initiating client conversations. β’ Great interpersonal skills, confident in closing deals. β’ Flexibility to travel for client meetings and expos (a driving license and access to a car are essential).
