Description

• Identify and create new business opportunities as a Sales Development Representative. • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to potential clients via cold calling, emails, site visits, and social selling. • Generate qualified leads by understanding client needs and presenting AIRS Medical's products as solutions. • Schedule meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the sales team. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible mentality, and eager to learn and grow within the sales field. • Ability to adapt to changing environments and to quickly learn new processes and tools. • Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude and persistence.
