β€’ Airspace is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager Aerospace who will play a key role in managing existing client relationships within the Aerospace vertical, with direct responsibility for managing customer performance and growing a portfolio of industry accounts. β€’ Your contribution is key as we continue to scale our business. Help us bring our transformational logistics service to market with your knowledge and experience. β€’ This is a remote position based in the US and reports to the Key Account Director of the Aerospace & Defense vertical.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. β€’ 5+ years experience in successfully driving Account Management in the Aerospace and/or freight-forwarding space. β€’ Preferred understanding of the Aerospace industry or time critical logistics/freight forwarding. β€’ Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to solve customer challenges and drive process improvements β€’ Strong communicator and high achieving attitude. β€’ Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Superior and proven communications, both in writing and verbally. β€’ A collaborative approach at the executive and team level. β€’ Empathy, humility and great listening skills. β€’ A demonstrated track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives and producing successful outcomes. β€’ The desire and ability to roll up your sleeves and get into the trenches on a regular, ongoing basis. β€’ Driven team player looking to exceed personal and team goals, innovate systems and process, and uphold a first class company culture.
