Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the retail or apparel industry • Proven ability to lead financial forecasting and analysis in a large-scale consumer retail environment • Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills • Proficiency with software systems such as NetSuite, Planful, and Tableau is highly desired • CPA, CFA, or relevant professional certification is a plus • Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, • Demonstrated experience in motivating and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability effectively monitor project timelines and manage to key deadlines • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs with a desire to continuously learn, expand, and improve
