β€’ Location: USA - 100% remote β€’ Akeyless Security delivers a cloud-native SaaS platform that integrates Vaultless Secrets Management with Certificate Lifecycle Management, Next Gen Privileged Access Management, and Encryption Key Management. β€’ We're looking for a self-starting TAM/CSE to join our growing team supporting customers in the USA. β€’ This is a hands-on technical role that requires excellent customer-facing skills. β€’ You will be developing and leading the ongoing technical relationship with the customer including strategic guidance, understanding the customer's business and challenges, providing solutions, processes, and best practices for a successful implementation and use of the Akeyless platform.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing support role, such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer, or similar β€’ Knowledge domains: Kubernetes, Docker, Linux - must β€’ Experience working with one or more CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP) β€’ Past experience that combines sales orientation and technical skillset β€’ Exceptional communication skills β€’ Advantage: Knowledge in CI/CD, IaC, and Config-Management tools β€’ Experience working in the Cyber Security or DevOps domains β€’ Security knowledge domains: Identity Management (IDM), Identity Providers (i.e Okta, Ping), Certificate Management (CMS), PKI, KMS, PAM, HSM and ZTA β€’ Experience in Scripting/programming
