• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Eight (8) or more years of combined, progressive experience in Compensation and/or Benefits positions • Two (2) or more years of managerial experience • Strong working knowledge of benefit regulations, market trends, and program design • Strong project management skills • Ability to manage different aspects of a project and prioritize to deadlines • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Advanced command of Excel and strong proficiency with PowerPoint • Proven ability to build relationships and influence results • Strong verbal and written communication skills
