• Play a key role in supporting employees and managers across the organization • Handle HR processes within a fast-paced service center environment • Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) requests and Workers' Compensation (WC) cases • Provide Tier 1 Employee Relations (ER) inquiries support • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes • Process and track LOA requests ensuring compliance • Provide first-level support for HR-related inquiries
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • Equivalent work experience will be considered • 2+ years in HR operations, shared services, or a similar role within a service center environment • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, or UKG), case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with LOA regulations (FMLA, ADA, PDL), Workers' Compensation laws, and HR best practices • Strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail • Ability to provide a positive employee experience while balancing business needs • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
