📋 Description

• The Workday HRIS Administrator effectively manages and optimizes the Workday HRIS system. • This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday to support HR, payroll, benefits, and other key functions. • Ensuring data integrity, system security, and process efficiency, the Workday HRIS Administrator provides technical expertise, troubleshooting, and end-user support. • Additionally, this role works closely with the People team and key stakeholders to enhance system functionality, maximize Workday’s capabilities, and align the platform with business needs. • Manage and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence). • Configure business processes, security roles, integrations, and workflows. • Monitor and implement system updates, feature releases, and enhancements. • Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and integrations. • Troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with Workday Support, and provide technical support to HR, managers, and employees. • Develop user guides, training materials, conduct training sessions, and create SOPs. • Ensure data accuracy, manage security and access controls, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory policies. • Support internal and external audits with necessary reports and documentation. • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and recommend system enhancements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess system needs and propose optimizations. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in HRIS administration or similar roles. • 3 years of Workday administration experience. • Proficient in HRIS management and system configurations. • Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting. • Experience with Workday EIBs, and integration tools is a plus. • Workday certification(s) in HCM, Reporting, or Integrations, preferred. • Experience working in HRIS roles within a fast-paced or global organization. • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and industry best practices.
