📋 Description

• Flexible, Forward-thinking, and Fun approach to Human Resources • Seeking a remote HR Generalist who enjoys providing a 5-star experience • Work within a team to perform hands-on, day-to-day, outsourced HR services • Manage and update data for regular payroll processing cycles • Maintain and handle all administrative tasks • Serve as a member of a team to intake and resolve issues • Provide support for projects, build training presentations, create HR documents • Utilize various technology to automate and maintain HR related tasks where possible

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of well-rounded HR experience • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business with a focus in HR; or a degree plus a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HR certification required • Computer skills – well versed and able to learn new programs regularly as we support clients on different platforms
